How to Prepare for a Session with Donna
Prepare by clearly defining your goal for the session.
Be prepared to define very accurately where the problem
or pain resides on your body. It is also helpful to re-member
the time or life conditions (what was happening in your life)
when the condition first appeared.
Try to be in a place which is quiet so that you will not
be distracted and can concentrate and relax.
It is really helpful to use a landline when calling for
clear hearing and reception on both sides.

What to expect:
Donna is not a replacement for a medical diagnostic instrument or advice from a physician. You state what and where your condition is specifically on your body, and our mutual goal will be to be open to the real possibility of the Miracle of Total Body Healing.
You, along with Donna, set the intention of the session. Donna concentrates on identifying the psychological and emotional causes behind the condition and then energetically changes the negative emotional patterns at the core of the disease to a love-filled positive state. She accomplishes this by first “empathically making herself one with you…or feeling into your emotions as if they were her own”.
Next, as you are answering her divinely-inspired questions with a short one-sentence answer, she will identify the negative emotions behind the trauma and clear the problem on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, clearing it entirely from your Akashic Soul Records, through all time and space, clearing it down to the DNA level, the subatomic level, and down to the Beginning of the Creation of Life.
To many, Donna’s sessions “seem” like a traditional psychological session, however, be informed that Donna strives to identify then permanently energetically “erase” or clear the underlying core patterns behind the cause of the dis-ease with gentle yet powerful healing energy.
Please expect to take a short pause after each clearing “run” for Donna to meditate and apply the specific laser-like energies, which act like an anecdote to over the 1500 different negative emotions, fears and erroneous thought patterns that Donna may identify as Fear patterns...the opposite of Love. She will then end with a very brief second or so of speaking in angelic tongues while sending the healing Light energy.
Sample Dialogue:
Donna will ask you a few specific historical questions
regarding your problem or dis-ease. i.e. when it 1st started
to occur and what the specific emotional circumstances
were surrounding the issue. For example, you might
say “I had my first asthma attack at age 5 while swimming
when my brother threatened to dunk me under
the water”.
Donna might say “How did that make you feel?”
You might say panicked, frightened or really angry.
Donna will clear that issue for about 1 minute and
then be guided to ask “ what happened to you
at the age of 8 regarding falling off of your bike?”
She will then clear that incident.
Each session may contain clearing of 15-30 of these such emotionally-traumatizing incidents, starting from the age of 0 to your present age. They will most likely not be cleared in chronological order, but in the order of the way Donna is guided and according to the goal or intention of the session.
Do not fret that this session will be emotionally wrenching…as a matter of fact, many times
the issue is transformed sooooo fast that you will find it is less emotionally taxing than
traditional therapy.
Depending on the severity of the dis-ease or condition, several sessions may be needed, although Donna tries to get to the core issues as quickly as possible. Donna likens this to pulling the main weeds from a garden.
Please note that the sessions and healings can be done without verbal participation by you. But Donna urges you to participate because she can then further help you to cognitively recognize your core patterns and release them.
After the Session
You will most likely feel peaceful, calm, and light after the session. This elation will last from several hours to 1-3 days afterwards.
Should a healing Miracle occur please believe it will be permanent, and most likely a result of the session.

Donna was instructed not to tape or record sessions by her guides. This is because we are striving to release patterns. By listening to them later, you will undo the session and pull negative thought patterns and issues back into your body.
Conditions, situations, and relationships previously thought to be hopelessly unchanging may slowly shift around you. Remember, if you react with Love and Trust in Miracles… then anything is possible.
In some cases, a healing crisis may occur, where symptoms may appear to worsen for a day afterward or you may fall into deep sleep in order to process. This may occur after a first particularly intense session where many major traumas have been released from a person who was in very poor condition to begin with. Note that this reaction may occur in the first few sessions then lighten up as healing takes place.
But, not to worry…
Donna likens this process to cleaning out a file drawer. During the process, the room may be a mess, but after the old papers and files are thrown out and everything is put back into order…You feel a lot better!
It also takes longer to clean the whole house versus a drawer, so if you have many traumas and issues, healing may take several sessions.
